The Position
We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach who will lead our children from ages 1 to 7 in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, or nanny), and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development. No soccer experience needed!
New Coaches can work 5-15 hours per week. Starting pay is $25 per hour. With promotion to supervising coach, pay increases to $45 per hour. Quarterly bonuses offered on top of hourly rate.

They are open-minded, and know that coaching is a continuous journey. All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual
