What's new in Second Summit

Release notes for every update that you can see, newest first. We ship in small steps and write down what changed.

Trailhead

Trailhead fills your application on three systems

On your computer, Trailhead fills Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby application forms from the details you have confirmed, then stops so you can review the form and press Submit yourself. On Workday and iCIMS it helps with sign-in, plain text boxes and your saved answers and resume. On your phone it hands you your answers and your resume, and it leaves legal and demographic questions to you everywhere.

Trailhead

A review list for every form Trailhead fills

On a computer, a list shows each answer Trailhead filled and where it came from. Tap an answer to jump to it on the form, and tick the ones you have checked.

Resume

Design your resume

Open Change the look on any resume to choose a look, accent colour, font, text size, spacing and the order of your sections, with a live preview of your own resume. A line under the preview shows the page count and whether job-application software can read the file, and Fit to one page tightens the spacing to help a long resume fit.

Resume

Tailoring again never leaves you with a weaker resume

If you tailor a resume again from the same details and the new version would score lower than the one you have, we keep your current version and tell you. If you changed your resume or profile since the last time, the new version always stands, and you can bring the previous one back.

Jobs

A cleaner job list

Each real job now shows once, and listings from recruiting sites are hidden by default, with a switch and a count if you want to see them. You can dismiss a job and undo it, and a recruiting site is no longer shown as the employer.

Tools

Free job-search tools and guides

A weekly job-search planner, an application-funnel check and an offer comparison run in your browser, and nothing you type is sent anywhere. Guides built on real job postings explain pay ranges, pay laws and what application forms ask.

Data

Job market data for more than 70 cities

City pages show the pay employers list, how many postings are open, how much of it is remote and how long postings stay up, from employers' own career pages. The data is free to read and download, and it updates every month.
