The Finance Development Rotation Program (FDRP) is a program for new graduates designed to jumpstart high-impact careers in finance. Through structured rotations across key finance functions , participants gain hands-on experience with continuous mentorship and targeted training to develop strategic, technical, and leadership skills We’re seeking finance-focused AI innovators —candidates eager to apply artificial intelligence to improve workflows, uncover insights, and drive innovation across the enterprise in a rapidly changing landscape. The program includes an immersive AI Accelerator initiative, where participants collaborate on business challenges using AI to drive innovation throughout the finance rotations. Qualifications

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (graduating by Summer 2027)
• Able to work hybrid in our West Palm Beach office
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functions
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting fundamentals, with exposure to financial modeling and analysis
• Self-starter with a growth mindset, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with PowerBI strongly preferred
