- Room Status Management : Constantly Check and update room status (E.G. Dirty, clean, inspected) in the computer system.
- Dispatch & Coordination : Operate multi-line phones and two-way radios to dispatch housekeeping staff and assign rooms to Guest Room Attendants.
- Guest Request handling : Receive, log, and follow up on guest requests (e.g. extra towels, cribs) to ensure completion.
- Reporting & Logistics : Run housekeeping reports, prepare room assignment sheets, and handle lost and found items.
- Communication : Liaison between housekeeping, front desk, and engineering departments.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS ): Experience with software like Opera is frequently required.
- Communications & Organization : Excellent phone etiquette, multitasking abilities, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills : Ability to operate radios, computers, and gaging systems.
