About the Role

As a Channel Sales Recruiter, you will partner with the Channel Sales Leadership team to source, recruit, and close talented sales professionals to join our world-class organization. We are one of the fastest-growing companies in Silicon Valley, and you will be essential to the continuous growth!

Please note: This role will be based in our San Mateo HQ office or Austin office.

What You'll Do

• Partner with senior sales leaders to understand their hiring objectives and develop team recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals.

• Drive process efficiencies to scale hiring across all of Channel sales.

• Use many platforms to source excellent talent and actively source passive candidates.

• Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high quality candidates by driving initiatives across branding, events, and employee referral channels.

• Provide timely reporting of key metrics and insights to drive decisions and improve process.

• Make compelling presentations to all candidates about Verkada and the Sales Organization.

• Manage full cycle recruiting process, building and maintaining a strong pipeline

• 3+ years of successful full cycle recruiting experience (GTM preferred).

• Strong ability to influence using collaboration.

Annual Pay Range

At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs)

Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).

$115,000 — $1,710,000 USD
