About the Team

The B2B Growth Marketing team supports DoorDash for Business, Commerce Platform, merchant acquisition, and Ads, with paid media as a key source of growth. We are a small, collaborative team that tests quickly and cares about results as much as we enjoy working together. On the DoorDash for Business side, we help offices, events, and organizations discover a better way to order catering.

About the Role

We are hiring an Associate Manager, Paid Marketing, DoorDash for Business, to run a paid media program from start to finish that accelerates catering growth. You will lead with paid search across Google, Bing, and Performance Max, then expand into Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, using a consumer-style performance approach with business buyers in mind. Success is measured by customer acquisition cost, cost per acquisition, lifetime value, payback, and conversion rates.

You will report into Senior Manager, Performance marketing on our B2B Growth Marketing team in our Growth Marketing organization.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Own the profit and loss (P&L) and business outcomes of the catering paid media program, including budget, customer acquisition cost, cost per acquisition, lifetime value, and payback.
  • Run paid search across Google, Bing, and Performance Max, and expand into paid social on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn to reach people who order food for offices and events.
  • Lead a steady plan of A/B tests and experiments across ad copy, creative, landing pages, audiences, and bidding to improve conversion rates and lower acquisition costs.
  • Help grow into newer markets for DoorDash for Business and increase market penetration for new products with paid marketing.
  • Partner with Strategy and Operations, Analytics, Data Engineering, Web Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Brand and Creative, and Product to launch and measure campaigns.

We’re excited about you because…

  • You have 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Performance Max) at scale, either in-house or at an agency.
  • You have run paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, or LinkedIn, or you are eager to build that skill quickly, and you understand how business customers buy differently from consumers.
  • You are fluent in analytics, including customer acquisition cost, cost per acquisition, lifetime value, payback, and conversion rates, and you can pull your own datasets with SQL.
  • You are fluent with AI tools and enjoy A/B testing and experimentation, gathering learnings and insights and implementing them along the way.
  • You work well across teams, communicate clearly about results, and stay flexible when priorities change.
