Application-funnel diagnostic
Count what you sent and what you heard back. The tool shows your interview rate among the applications that have an answer, keeps the ones with no answer separate, and suggests what to check. It uses only your numbers, runs in your browser, and sends nothing.
Your numbers
A known outcome means you heard back with an interview or a clear no. If you have heard nothing, the outcome is unknown. It is not a rejection.
How the numbers are worked out
- Interview rate = applications that led to an interview divided by applications with a known outcome. Applications with no answer yet are left out of that rate and counted separately.
- Unknown share = applications with no known outcome divided by all applications. A high share means the rate is still moving.
- With fewer than 10 known outcomes we show no rate, because one more reply would change it a lot.
- There is no "good rate" here. Rates depend on role, level, market and how you apply, and we do not have a defensible benchmark to compare you with. Compare yourself with your own later weeks.
