Refunds and cancellation
Effective October 28, 2026
This is the plain-language version of how refunds and cancelling work. It is part of our Terms of Service. Billing for the monthly plan is not switched on yet; the Pro look pack is available now.
Pro look packs
- Not happy with the photos? Write to support@secondsummit.ai within 7 days of buying and we will refund the pack. If you have already used some sessions, we refund the sessions you have not used.
- If the picture service fails, you do not pay for it. When a session ends without any picture delivered, the session is given back to you automatically, or refunded.
- Unused sessions stay valid for 12 months from the day you buy.
The monthly plan and Career Suite
- Cancel any time from Settings, then Manage billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Refund of your most recent charge: if you write to us within 7 days of a charge and have barely used the plan since, we will refund that charge.
Free trials and promo codes
- If a free trial or promo code asks for a card to start, we email you a reminder before the first charge.
- Cancelling before the trial ends costs nothing.
How to ask
Email support@secondsummit.ai from the address on your account and tell us what you bought. We reply with what we did. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and your bank decides how long they take to show up.
